How often are commission payments made?

We process commission payments every week, usually on Tuesdays. Payments are made via your preferred method (bank transfer, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency) once you've reached the minimum payout threshold of 1,000 BDT.

Can my commission rate change?

Yes, your commission rate can increase based on your performance. Top affiliates who refer many active players can negotiate higher commission rates with their account manager.

Is there any limit to how much I can earn or owe?

There is no upper limit to how much you can earn. For amounts you owe, we implement a negative balance cap to protect our affiliates from excessive liability.

How are player winnings/losses calculated?

Player results are calculated as: (Total Bets Won - Total Bets Lost). Bonuses and fees are not included in this calculation to ensure fairness.

Can I switch to a different commission model?

Yes, we offer alternative commission models like CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) for affiliates who prefer a fixed payment per player. Contact your account manager to discuss options.
